Historic project where AXIS Architecture worked with the owner and the City Building Department, to transform storage areas into four additional apartment rentals.
Supporting documents and plans were used as reference to capture the historic quality. Energy efficiency, low maintenance of materials, and existing structural boundaries were part of the program.
